Exxelia Mil Wet Capacitors, which are in stock at New Yorker Electronics, are now qualified to Level P. The Exxelia MIL 39006/22 (equivalent to CLR79) series has received the P-Level qualification for 0,1% / 1,000h reliability, with voltage ranges from 6V to 125V and a capacitance value ranging from 1,7µF to 1200µF.

Available in T1, T2, T3 and T4 case sizes, these products are housed in a hermetically sealed Tantalum case operating from -55 to +125°C and are designed to withstand the most stringent environmental constraints.

The Exxelia MIL 39006/22 is available with H vibration and shocks features.

These MIL-qualified wet tantalum capacitors are widely used in avionics applications where high performance and extreme reliability are required.

Performance highlights compared to solid tantalum capacitors include more capacitance, higher ripple currents, lower ESR and lower DC-leakage current.

The capacitors are qualified for voltages to 125V and provide from 1200μF at 6V to 56μF at 125V.

Applications include avionics/defence, power supply, converter, filtering and backup.

MIL39006/22 and the MIL39006/25 are available for order from New Yorker Electronics.
