DSEI 2017: Rugged connector range takes centre stage
An extensive range of standard off-the-shelf rugged multi-pin connectors will be showcased by LEMO at this year’s Defence and Security Equipment International (DSEI) exhibition. Of the many products on show will be the Group's M Series range of miniature high density ratchet locking circular connectors, which offer customers, space and weight saving benefits without compromises in performance, reliability or functionality.
This high-performance product is ideally suited for equipment used in harsh environments, where space or weight are at a premium and reliability is a prerequisite.
Typical uses would be Soldier Equipment, Rugged Displays, Communication Equipment, Vehicle Electronics, Avionics, along with general Controls and Sensors.
LEMO will also be demonstrating its latest innovations which include new surface treatments and technologies specifically developed to meet the needs of the defence and security industries.
These include NiCorAL, the recently launched corrosion resistant conductive surface treatment which offers users a true alternative to Cadmium without compromises in performance.
