The first best of British survivability stand at DSEI

To promote the best of British innovation and engineering in vehicle protection and safety, three companies have come together for the first time to share a stand at this year’s Defence and Security Equipment International (DSEI) Exhibition in London; the defence and security trade event.

The British companies, AeroGlow International, AmSafe Bridport and Jankel Armouring, renowned experts in crew survivability and major players in the world of defence, are joining together to take equal space on stand N10-335, named ‘The Best of British Survivability’. It will emphasise the UK’s importance as a global provider in specialist equipment in defence and security and demonstrates the collaborative working of the three companies on end-to-end proposals that provide enhanced integration capabilities, cost effective contracting mechanisms and market leading solutions to address the survivability needs of customers worldwide.

The stand will contain a tactical vehicle fitted with the three main products on show: AmSafe Bridport’s Tarian Rocket Propelled Grenade (RPG) Armour protection system - proven to be highly effective in defeating RPGs; Jankel Amouring’s innovative BLASTech Seating, designed to increase survivability and decrease severity of injury when a vehicle is subjected to anti-tank mines or IEDs and AeroGlow International’s HaLO Emergency Escape Lighting System which provides blast, water, roll-over and fire activated emergency escape lighting.

DSEI 2017 is an event that brings together the global defence and security sector to innovate and share knowledge and represents the entire supply chain on an unrivalled scale. This year the event will have five key sector-focused Zones: Air, Land, Naval, Security & Joint, all displaying the latest equipment and systems. Attendees will include Defence Ministers, International Military and Armed Forces, key industry players and private sector companies. The DSEI main exhibition will run for four days from 12th-15th September 2017.

Come along to the Best of British Survivability Stand N10-335, where staff from all three companies will be present throughout the exhibition to showcase their products and welcome visitors for all different backgrounds.
